<Title - Description of Work Package> window Tasks tab

Opens when you select any work package from the Construction/Installation/Test work package list window and then select the Tasks tab.

Labor hours

Displays the estimated, actual, and earned labor hours for the work package. You can update the actual hours from the Edit work package - <name of work package> window.

Baseline hours

Displays the Estimated baseline hours for the work package. You can update the baseline hours from the Edit work package - <name of work package> window.

Mark as completed

Turn on one or all (top of the column) of the check boxes to mark the task as completed.

Mark as completed > Delete manual task

Turn on the check box of the manual task you want to delete and then select Delete manual task.

Add Task

Creates a blank row at the bottom of the list to enable you to fill in information to add a new task. The Title column automatically shows the project name.

Up/Down

Turn on the check box for the task you want to move and then click the Up or Down button to move it to the desired location.

Search field

Use the search field to find a specific task.

Filter row

Allows you to filter the Drawing and Component columns.

Check box for multiple selection

The check box at the left end of the row allows you to choose multiple tasks for selection. Turn on the check box at the top of the left column to select all the tasks on the current page.

Component

Displays the component name.

Title

Displays the name of the

Total quantity

Displays the total quantity.

Quantity installed

Displays the quantity installed.

UOM

Displays the Unit of Measurement, such as LF (linear foot), EA (each), etc.

Estimated labor hours

Indicates the number of hours estimated to complete all the tasks related to the component.

Actual labor hours

Indicates the number of real hours to complete all the tasks related to the component.

% Complete

Indicates the percentage of the task's completeness, ranging from 0 to 100.

Progress

Shows the progress of the task's completeness, ranging from 0% not started to 100% completed.

Save changes

After making updates to the task information, select this button to save your changes.

Discard

Select this button to remove data you have entered since your last save.
